Join us Friday, September 25th at Zebulon Country Club for a meaningful day of golf, food, fellowship, friendly competition, and community impact.

Your registration includes 18 holes of golf, light lunch, steak dinner, and beverages (inc. alcoholic beverages for 21+) throughout the event. Additional fundraising games, raffles, contests, and specialty challenges will be available during the day for those who would like to participate and help raise even more support for Sowing Seeds.

All proceeds support Sowing Seeds’ food pantry, mobile food distributions, and community outreach programs — helping provide food, hope, and practical support to individuals and families in our community.

About Sowing Seeds

Sowing Seeds NC, Inc. is a volunteer-powered, faith-driven nonprofit serving individuals and families facing food insecurity in Franklinton and surrounding communities.

Since 2023, Sowing Seeds has grown from a simple beginning into a thriving food pantry and mobile outreach ministry, providing groceries, fresh produce, essentials, encouragement, and practical support to neighbors in need. Through weekly pantry distributions, mobile food pantry outreach, nutrition education, community partnerships, emergency assistance, and the faithful service of volunteers, Sowing Seeds continues to meet real needs with compassion and dignity.

Every registration, sponsorship, donation, and pay-to-play game at the Sowing Seeds Golf Tournament Fundraiser helps support this mission. Together, we can provide food, share hope, and sow seeds of lasting change throughout our community.

At 1:00 PM, teams head out for a shotgun start and enjoy 18 holes at Zebulon Country Club.

Steak Dinner

After play concludes, enjoy a Texas Roadhouse steak dinner with sides, rolls, fellowship, and time to celebrate the day’s impact together.

What time should golfers arrive?

Check-in begins at 12:00 PM. Golfers should arrive in time to check in, enjoy lunch, and get ready for the 1:00 PM shotgun start.

Do I need to register a full team?

Registration is set up for a team/foursome of four players. If you have questions about individual player availability, please contact the tournament organizers.

What happens if it rains?

Golf events are typically held rain or shine unless course conditions or severe weather make play unsafe. Any weather-related updates will be shared with registered participants as needed.

Can businesses sponsor the tournament?

Yes. Sponsorship opportunities are available for businesses, families, and community partners. Sponsorships include various recognition opportunities, and select levels include event signage, hole sponsorship, complimentary foursomes, and the opportunity to set up a tent/table at the event.

Can sponsors set up a tent or table at the event?

Yes. Sponsors are invited to set up a tent, table, display, or promotional area at the tournament to connect with participants and showcase their business, products, or services.

Where do proceeds from the tournament go?

Are alcoholic beverages included?

Yes. Beverages are included as part of your team registration & will be available throughout the event, including alcoholic beverages for guests 21 and older. Guests are expected to drink responsibly.

Is dinner included with registration?

Yes. Registration includes a steak dinner from Texas Roadhouse, including steak, sides, and their famous rolls. Dinner will be served after play concludes as part of the tournament experience.

How do I become a sponsor?

Choose the sponsorship level that best fits your business, family, or organization, then click the sponsorship button to reserve your spot. Some sponsorship levels are limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis.

Are golf clubs or golf balls available at the country club?

No. Golf clubs and golf balls are not provided by the tournament or the country club, and rental clubs are not available. Please bring your own clubs and golf balls.
